Miqam is specialized in developing and producing new generation packaging material for power semiconductors and power electronics-----our main product by now is AlSiC, Si-Al and their series.Our company is rich in first class human resources and human talent, two third of the staff have doctor\'s, postgraduate\'s and MBA degree. Presently, AlSiC MMC series products have been recognized and appraised by many micro-electronics labs and power-electronics manufacturers in Mainland China and in Taiwan, our company became the only high end products provider of such type in China.The company has under it a high class laboratory and classified production units, and able to provide customized AlSiC in different specification to use in power electronics, aerospace, communication and all kind of micro electronics fields.
